There’s a French indie game called OFF, by Mortis Ghost. I played it when I was about 13 years old, and I think it’s one of the biggest contributors to my artistic voice. It was about a cool baseball guy smacking ghosts around in a haunted city. The art, and world of that game still amaze me. I had remembered OFF around July 2022, and after binging the game for a whole night, and staring at concept art, I busted this out. I hesitate to call it fanart exactly. It’s still my style, and a character that’s just similar, not exact. I also wouldn’t call it completely original per se, I mean come on, a baseball guy surrounded by intangible demons? What I will call it is sick as hell. Go play OFF.
